With more than 25 years of experience in technology, Frank Powell states the purpose of his work is simple: He is a builder of bridges between marketers and technologists. Chiefly, he leads teams which simplify complexities to support secure, efficient business communications and marketing solutions.
Overseeing our technology operations for ENPOINTE since 2010, Frank and team are critical to future marketing streams, especially that of personalization. Accuracy and effectiveness of communicating one to one or one to many hinges on the skills of our data processing and technologies teams. With sound data inputs, clients have the ability to effectively variable print any message—from images to personalized copy content. Where personal data exists, protection is a must as well.
Security, availability, confidentiality and privacy are four things that Frank thinks about daily. Developing policies, structuring processes, and adhering to standards for compliance measures are some of Frank’s key focus areas. Achieving clean audit review status is critical so that ENPOINTE can fully serve specific industries and safeguard sensitive customer data. We are HITRUST certified and have annual clean opinions from SOC 2 Type 2 audits.
When not managing technology at ENPOINTE, Frank has spent time teaching it to others. As an adjunct instructor at several Twin Cities-based community colleges, he’s educated students on business and technology since the 2000s. Frank is married and has three adult children. If you’re looking for him outside of work and school, he can be found on local basketball courts and bike paths at any time of the year.
