Michelle Motschke thrives on working in an industry built on relationships and has for 26 years. As Vice President of Client Services, she leads a team whose everyday activities leverage teamwork to create positive experiences and exceptional results for ENPOINTE clients. She’s responsible for overseeing a chain of connections between internal teams like sales, client services, estimating, planning, scheduling and pre-media to ensure clients feel the great care put into every step of the process. Michelle’s approachable leadership style and active listening nurtures conversation and collaboration amongst internal teams and clients alike. And her expertise in prepress and color management put her in a unique position to understand both front-end inputs as well as back-end outputs.
With commitment to continuous improvement, Michelle has led the company through analysis and implementation of new workflows and systems to enhance client communication. Leading by example, Michelle loves that she can mentor others and work in an environment where professional growth and learning is nurtured. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Michelle further exploring her creativity. Some of her favorite hobbies include creating art through photography, sketching, painting, wood burning and music. Her inspiration may stem from road trips to national parks where she hikes and takes in their splendor. Yosemite National Park holds a special family connection for her. Michelle loves spending time with her adult daughter and son and knows to cherish today because time goes by so fast.
