Leading teams to deliver on a brand’s vision is a passion of Agency President, Stephanie Miller. For more than 25 years, Stephanie has led strategic and creative branding and marketing teams in varied industries and spaces. From B2C and B2B, she’s worked with retail, building products, and health and beauty industries as a client-side marketing executive, within agencies and through her own consultancy. She is energized by directing brands’ end-to-end journey through strategy, branding, go-to-market integrated programs, and data and analytics.

Stephanie believes sound decision-making starts with data, understanding the clients’ industries and their customers. Leveraging strategy and market research, she oversees and guides brands through their vision to marketing execution, measurement and analysis, knowing it is a cyclical process of gleaning information, learning from it and adapting based upon results. Her trust in the process complements her business acumen, keeping clients’ business goals and their brands’ best interests at heart.

Seeing the potential in digital marketing many years ago, Stephanie immersed herself in that space. Recognizing the importance of MarTech, her expertise in digital strategy and the technology platforms that enable it allows her to accurately capture, direct and influence customer journeys. Helping clients remove common barriers, like having data, but not the time or right tools to make use of it, are part of what fuels Stephanie’s motivation to use MarTech to create enhanced customer experiences. She is always driving to get better results for the client.

Joining ENPOINTE in 2021, in addition to branding and marketing strategy, Stephanie is leading the company in its digital and data and analytics growth strategies. She is advising clients’ use of automated MarTech and analytics tools like customer data platforms (CDPs) and demand-side platforms (DSPs) to target specific customers, influence behavior, and gain knowledge resulting in conversion to sales.

When not mapping strategic plans to marketing executables, you’ll find Stephanie mapping new paths distance running with her 10-pound chihuahua, Hamilton. She enjoys day trips hiking and exploring state parks her husband, Tom, and teenage daughter. Always thinking and keeping active, if not on a trail, you may spot Stephanie among the flowers. She enjoys gardening perennials and quiet time in nature.
