A champion of collaboration and relationship building, Todd Matuska leads our sales team as Executive Vice President of Sales. Spanning 31-plus years of helping clients find the right solutions for their brands, his work in printing and marketing has touched varied industries, from financial, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, retail, travel, healthcare and nonprofits to name a few.
Todd’s experience in commercial print, labels, packaging, pre-media and marketing gives him a well-rounded background in many areas of client brand communications. Understanding client needs and pain points are his catalyst to creating strategic and creative ways to impact results. And teamwork is right in with that mix.
Todd will be the first to say the TEAM approach—Together Everyone Achieves More—is what propels the best outcomes. And he knows. The synergies needed between many facets of the organization are critical to achieving success for our clients, whether linking strategy and creative or client services and production. You will see Todd facilitating those relationships, bridging together the people whose expertise and skills are needed to create effective solutions. Above all a people person, his energy and enthusiasm are a positive force. Whether through a joke or story, Todd finds ways to bring people together to make things happen.
If not juggling meetings, calls and emails, you might find Todd absorbing the quiet and solitude at his cabin hunting and fishing. Alternatively, he may be enjoying adventure snowmobiling or off-roading on his ATV. A family man, he and his wife, Jen, are adjusting to having two adult children which leaves more time for themselves and playing with their black lab, Zoey.
